Instructions to receive email
from Egencia

The instructions below outline the steps you need to take to make sure email messages from Egencia are delivered. This information should be directed to your company’s email administrator. Please note that IP addresses and email senders may change over time. To make sure you’re seeing the latest information, please refer to this webpage rather than storing it locally.

Step 1. Email domains to add to your company’s whitelist

To make sure your emails from Egencia are delivered, the following email domains and senders should be added to the email address book or safe sender list.

Egencia uses DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) so it’s recommended to whitelist Egencia DKIM.

If this does not resolve the deliverability issue, the Company Email Administrator can configure the company mail server so that it does not filter out emails from Egencia.

Step 2: Add these IP addresses and partner domains to your company's whitelist


Egencia Invoice Notifications

To make sure Egencia invoice notifications are received, the company email administrator should add these four IP addresses to the company whitelist:

  • cegedim.fr - 194.126.236.166,
  • cegedim.fr - 194.126.236.170
  • cegedim.fr - 80.94.183.28
  • cegedim.fr - 80.94.183.29

Egencia Transactions Notifications

To make sure you receive all transaction notifications, the company email administrator needs to add the below partner domains to the company whitelist:

  • Amadeus (flight e-tickets)
    • Amadeus.net
    • pop.amadeus.net
    • pop3.amadeus.net
  • Rail Providers

Knowing that for SE, DE and US, the emails are sent directly by the train carriers, so the sender and email subject can change without advance notice.


With this information, your administrator can review the email logs and determine if the email was received at the server level. They can also determine the reason for the rejected send and take corrective action. Your email administrator can also consult your email domain manual for your Spam filter, or your IT department, on how to configure your filter’s whitelist, based on the information above.


Step 3: Add these URLs to your company's whitelist

To make sure the Egencia Chat works across all your POS, the following URLs should be added to the company's whitelist.
